Passepartout is a platform for managing employee changes that connects employers with Polaris Werk, Vitaal en Verzekeren through you as their advisor, with the option of integrating with their payroll administration. It is also a communication platform, offering newsletters that we provide in draft form, as well as a wide range of automated emails and notifications for employers and employees. This gives you, as an advisor, an ongoing role in matters relating to sickness absence, the Dutch Gatekeeper Improvement Act and disability. Employers will no longer have to wonder what their advisor actually does for them when it comes to sickness absence insurance.
Passepartout automatically generates documents for employers and employees, such as a monthly contribution overview, a factsheet explaining the schemes in place, a mortgage information form and an information guide for new employees. Passepartout also provides employers with the option of maintaining an up-to-date digital file.
